Notary consultation services

Documents signed properly, the first time.

Alongside medical-legal consulting, BB&S Associates offers all notary services, handled with the same care we bring to a medical record. Visit our Orange Park office, or we’ll come to you anywhere in the greater Jacksonville area.

01How we help

“What does my document need?”

A careful signing starts with a conversation.

Most notarization problems come from surprises at the appointment: a missing signer, the wrong ID, a page signed too early. A short consultation avoids them.

  • Consultation

We review what the document is and who is signing, and tell you exactly what to bring.

  • Notarization

Identity is verified, the signing is witnessed, and the notarial certificate is completed.

  • Legal & clinical paperwork

Comfortable with the documents attorneys, facilities, and their clients bring to the table.

Notary services include

  • Acknowledgments
  • Jurats & affidavits
  • Oaths & affirmations
  • Copy certification
  • Legal & healthcare documents
  • Personal & business documents

03Preparing

“What should I bring?”

Come prepared, leave done.

We’ll confirm the details for your document when you reach out. As a starting point, here’s what a signing usually needs.

Before your appointment

  1. Valid photo IDA current, government-issued photo ID for every person signing.
  2. The complete documentAll pages, with any blanks filled in before the appointment.
  3. Wait to signDon’t sign ahead of time unless we’ve told you it’s fine for your document.
  4. Every signer presentEach person whose signature is being notarized needs to attend.

A notary can’t give legal advice or choose or draft a legal document for you. If you’re unsure which document you need, ask your attorney first.

04How it works

“What happens next?”

Three steps, no surprises.

  1. Step 01

    Tell us about the document

Call or send a short message with the type of document, how many people are signing, and whether you’d like a mobile appointment.

  2. Step 02

    Confirm & schedule

We confirm what to bring and set a time and place: our Orange Park office or a location of your choice.

  3. Step 03

    Sign & notarize

IDs are checked, the document is signed, and the notarization is completed.
